摘要
轮轨式铁路T梁架桥机存在只能采用"先铺(轨)后架(梁)"方案顺序施工,架设铁路双线桥需人工移梁,作业效率低,且对大坡度和小半径曲线适应性差等缺陷。研制结构更加合理、技术方案更优的新型架桥机是解决轮轨式架桥机技术缺陷的有效途径,DJ180型公铁两用架桥机采用单主梁四支腿结构型式,具有吊梁、起升、纵移、小车横移和整机横移功能。实践应用证明:DJ180型架桥机具有结构简单、安全可靠、转场方便快捷、施工效率高、对大坡度和小半径曲线工况适应性好、施工荷载小等特点,有效解决了轮轨式铁路架桥机的各种技术缺陷,具有良好的推广应用前景。
It proves that launching machines for railway precast T-beam with wheel-rail has the following defects: con- struction sequence is limited, low operating efficiency when launching two-lane bridge because it needs to manually move the beam, and poor adaptability for large slope and small curve. It's an effective way to solve the defects above by devel- oping a new launching machine with better structure and new technique. DJ180 type launching machine assembles with a single beam and four legs, provides vertical lifting, longitudinal movement, crane lateral shift and machine lateral shift function. It is proved by practice. This machine has many advantages such as simple structure, high safety, high relia- bility, easy transitions, high efficiency, good adaptability for large slope and small curve, less load etc. It solved the kind of technical defects of the launching machine for railway with wheel-rail, and bears good future for promotion and application.
