摘要
根据田德铁路线路走向、桥址概况及航道、立交等控制因素,通过研究比较确定了右江特大桥桥式方案,主跨采用技术成熟,行车条件最好,经济性最佳,维修养护工作量最少,主跨为(72+120+72)m预应力混凝土梁。通过对预应力混凝土梁的详细计算后,采用了最优的截面布置形式、梁段划分、预应力钢束及普通钢筋布置。本线预留无缝线路条件,桥墩及基础设计,考虑了该条件下相关力的作用,确定了梁部采用80 t挂篮悬臂灌注施工及桩基础采用钢板桩围堰防护的施工方法,提高了工效、保证了工期并取得了较好的经济效益。
According to control factors as strike of alignment, outline of bridge site, navigable channel and grade separa- tion of Tiandong-Debao Railway, the bridge type scheme for Youjiang super major bridge is determined by comparison. In the scheme, the prestressed concrete beam with a main span of (72 + 120 + 120) m is used, characterized by ma- ture technology, best running conditions, optimal economic efficiency and minimum maintenance. Through detailed cal- culation of the prestressed concrete beam, the optimal cross-section arrangement, division of beam section, prestressed steel tendon and ordinary steel bar layout. The seamless track conditions are reserved for this line. A consideration is given to relative force action under the reservation condition in the pier and foundation design. 80t hanging basket canti- lever grouting construction method for beam and of steel sheet pile cofferdam protection construction method for the pile foundation improve the work efficiency, guarantee the construction period and achieved better economic benefits.
