摘要
目的探讨血站病毒核酸检测实验室科学合理的平面规划设计及各系统的优化,以提高核酸检测的能力和稳定性。方法依据一系列规范要求,按照血站核酸检测实验室的功能定位,结合具体的环境条件,确定设计思路并进行整体设计;然后对通风、空调、给排水、能源、环保、信息及安全等实验室系统进行优化。结果设计建设出了布局科学,分区合理,安全高效,实用性强且人性化的核酸检测实验室。结论作为实施和发展核酸检测的基本条件,血站病毒核酸检测实验室的科学规划设计可促进提升核酸检测服务能力和实验室管理水平。
Objective To investigate the NAT( nucleic acid amplification test) laboratory floor plan and system optimization in blood bank in order to improve the capability and stability of the NAT system. Methods Based on a series of regulatory requirements,in accordance with the functional request of blood bank's NAT laboratory and the specific environmental condition,the principle guideline and overall design were determined. The performance of ventilating system,air condition,water system,energy,environment protection,information and security system was optimized. Results The new NAT laboratory had a scientific design with reasonable subzone. It was safe,highly efficient,highly practical and humane. Conclusion Under the general conditions that were required to implement and develop NAT,reasonable and logical design of the laboratory could enhance its testing capability and management level.
