无偿献血志愿者与采供血机构关系的探讨

Investigation on the relationship between the volunteers of non- remunerated blood donation and the blood servicecenters

目的探讨志愿服务组织和志愿者与采供血机构的关系,确保无偿献血志愿服务工作的健康持续发展。方法在文献和政策法规中寻找理论和政策法规依据,并通过培训和交流告诉志愿者及相关人员,并不断总结和完善。结果志愿者和其所在的志愿服务组织明白,自己应隶属于采供血机构之外的社团或协会,以第三方补位的方式协助政府及其相关部门,代表社会及自己所在的组织或团队参与无偿献血宣传和捐献者招募,与采供血机构合作共同协助政府,从而保证了无偿献血志愿服务工作纯朴而高尚的本色。结论志愿者及其所在组织与采供血机构及其受薪工作人员的关系是合作的关系,从而任劳任怨的参与无偿献血志愿服务工作,保障自愿无偿献血活动健康持续发展的关键。

Objective To explore the relationship between volunteer organizations,volunteers and the blood service centers and to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of VNRBD. Methods Policy regulations were sought from theories,policies and regulations of existent literature. Volunteers and related personnel were trained and provided information on policies,which underwent a continuous process of summarization and improvement. Results Volunteers and their organizations came to an understanding that their associations operate external to the blood service centers. Their role is to act as third party to assist the government and relevant departments,and to participate in the campaigns on voluntary blood donation and donor recruitment on behalf of the society and their own organizations. By cooperating with the blood service centers,they can altogether assist the government in keeping the pure and noble identity of VNRBD. Conclusion A cooperative relationship was found between the volunteer organizations and the blood service centers. Volunteering in the blood service work in a non- remunerated manner is crucial for the healthy and sustainable development of VNRBD.
