采血不足量的原因分析

目的调查分析本中心采血不足量发生的原因,采取有效的预防措施,以减少血液报废。方法对2012年1月-2013年12月的采血不足量进行分类,统计和分析。结果 2012年采血不足量比例0.27%,2013年采血不足量比例0.3%。月份比较差别有统计学意义（χ2=32.75,P〈0.01）,季节比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=13.59,P〈0.01）。引起采血不足量的常见原因有血流不畅,献血反应,血管过细,其他原因等。结论查找采血不足量发生的原因,及时采取有效的预防措施,以降低采血不足量的发生,减少血液报废。

Objective To investigate the reasons for insufficient blood volume collection and to suggest effective preventive measures to reduce blood waste. Methods Data on insufficient blood volume collection from January 2012 to December2013 was collected for statistical analysis. Results The rate of insufficient blood volume collection was 0. 27% in 2012,and0. 3% in 2013. There was statistical significance when comparing months（ χ2= 32. 75,P〈0. 01） and seasons（ χ2= 13. 59,P〈0. 01）. The reasons for insufficient blood volume collection were due to poor blood flow,post- blood donation reactions,small blood vessels and others. Conclusion Having analyzed the reasons for low blood volume collection,effective preventive measures were implemented to reduce the occurrence of insufficient blood volume collection and to reduce blood wastes and discarding.
