无偿献血管理工作的实践与体会

Practice and experience of blood donation management

目的探索建立无偿献血管理长效机制。方法这些年来我们通过资源的合理分配、合理运用绩效考核、培育乡镇无偿献血、开发团体组织献血、采血情况分析、谨用控制血液采集及家属互助献血、强化献血服务与员工培训、以及加强单采血小板的招募采集等8个方面的努力探索取得了一定的效果,极大的缓解了本市临床供血的压力。结果 2008-2013年全血采集总量较上年均有增长,全血增长最高达11.25%,单采血小板增长最高达108.24%。2008年以来,每年400 m L采血量均在全血采集总量的65%以上。结论无偿献血工作的采供主体是各采供血机构,必须尽最大努力做好自身的管理工作,为政府分忧解难,保障临床用血。

Objective To explore the establishment of a long- term policy on voluntary blood donation management.Methods In recent years,there have been eight kinds of efforts dedicated to relieve the pressure from exhaustive clinical blood supply,such as the rational allocation of resources,rational use of performance appraisal,development of countryside blood donation,implementation of group blood donation,analysis of the situation on blood collection,careful regulation on blood donation by family members,strengthening of blood donation services and staff training,and improvement in platelet collection. Results Blood collection had experienced an annual growth from 2008 to 2013. The collection of whole blood has increased up to 11. 25% and the collection of platelets has increased up to 108. 24%. Since 2008,the annual collected blood volume has occupied 65% of the total amount of whole blood collection. Conclusion It is crucial for blood collection and supply institutions to perform well at their own management,in order to guarantee clinical blood supply and lessen the burdens of the government.
