摘要
1个国家和1个民族的振兴,不仅需要强大的经济力量,更需要强大的文化力量;1个机构的兴旺同样需要优秀的文化作支撑,本文结合血站工作特点和肩负的使命,针对单位突出的问题,着重抓好"学习型血站","无偿献血品牌服务","血站文化载体","精细化质量管理"和"以人为本管理"等五项建设工程,实现血站建设系统推进。
While a strong and sustainable economy is essential for a state to survive and thrive,an enriching and vigorous culture is more fundamental in the shaping and developing of a nation. This also can be applied to any existing organization where the presence of an inspiring culture promotes its development in a comprehensive way. Combining the special workplace characteristics and social responsibilities of a blood center,this article aims at solving some prevailing problems while focuses on a systematic developmental mode that covers five major programs: Study-oriented Blood Center,Volunteer Blood Donation Services and Promotion,Organizational Culture and Embodiment,Lean Quality Control,People- oriented Management. Each program denotes equal significance and provides a driving force to promote the overall development of a blood center in a steady and systematic fashion.
