摘要
根据国内相关城镇污水处理厂运行管理技术规程,结合福建省污水处理技术特点及实践经验,通过对污水处理原理和实际数据的统计分析,翔实地论证了现行有效版《福建省城镇污水处理厂运行管理标准》(DB/T 13—88—2010)中出水最低合格率、设备完好率及进水水质控制参数等指标设置的依据,同时进行了本标准实施的经济效益分析。
According to domestic technical specifications for operation and management of munici-pal wastewater treatment plants （ MWTPs）, combined with technical characteristics and operational expe-rience in Fujian Province, the bases for setting indicators such as the lowest qualified rate of effluentquality, equipment perfectness ratio and control parameters of influent quality in the Operation and Man-agement Standard for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants in Fujian Province （ DB/T 13 - 88 - 2010）were proved by statistical analysis of the wastewater treatment principle and MWTPs practical data. Theeconomic benefits from the standard implementation were analyzed.
