Process Design of Wastewater Treatment Engineering in a Poly-generation Project of Coal Chemical Industry

摘要 某新建煤化工多联产项目配套建设了废水及回用水处理站,其中废水处理站设计规模为3×104m3/d。废水处理工艺针对水质、水量及处理要求,对含高浓度有机物的BDO(1,4-丁二醇)生产废水采用隔油/气浮/高效厌氧反应器做分质预处理,预处理出水与其他生产污(废)水混合、调节后进入生化系统。生化系统合格出水作为回用水站原水,其水质满足回用水处理站进水水质要求。 Both the wastewater treatment station and the reclaimed water treatment station were de-signed in a newly-built coal chemical industry project. The capacity of the wastewater treatment stationwas 30 000 m3/d. In consideration of the wastewater quality, quantity and the treatment requirement, theBDO wastewater which contains a high concentration of organic was designed for quality-based pretreat-ment in an oil separation/air flotation/high-efficiency anaerobic reactor. The effluent from the pretreat-ment process was mixed with other sewage and wastewater in the equalization tank after which the mixedwastewater entered the biochemical system. The effluent from the biochemical system pumped into the re-claimed water treatment station met the requirements.
