摘要
采用混凝沉淀/臭氧/接触氧化组合处理工艺对天津某制药厂废水进行处理,处理规模为500 m3/d,处理后的废水各项指标达到或优于天津市《污水综合排放标准》(DB 12/356—2008)三级标准。调试运行实践表明,该工艺选用合理、处理效率高、出水水质稳定可靠,还为后期的提升改造预留了一定的空间。
The combined process of flocculation sedimentation, ozonation and biological contactoxidation was used to treat the wastewater from a pharmaceutical plant in Tianjin. The treatment capacitywas 500 m3/d. The pollutant contents after treatment met or were better than the third level criteria speci-fied in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard ( DB 12/356 - 2008). The commissioning operation re-sults showed that the combined process was a reasonable choice, and had high treatment efficiency, sta-ble and reliable effluent quality. At the same time, some space was reserved for upgrading and recon-struction in the future.
