摘要
采用"微电解+芬顿氧化+水解酸化+好氧"工艺处理洗涤剂生产废水,处理规模为50 m3/d。运行结果表明,当进水中COD、LAS、硫化物、石油类及硫酸盐浓度分别为1 882、468、2.6、32和1 566 mg/L时,处理后出水浓度分别降至138 mg/L、3.30 mg/L、0.006 mg/L、未检出和164 mg/L,出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的三级标准。该处理工艺具有处理效果好、运行稳定、抗冲击负荷能力强且操作维护方便等特点。
The combined process of microelectrolysis, Fenton oxidation, hydrolysis acidificationand aerobic treatment was applied to treat detergent production wastewater, and the treatment capacitywas 50 m3/d. The running results indicated that when the influent concentrations of COD, LAS, sulfide,oils and sulfate were 1 882 mg/L, 468 mg/L, 2.6 mg/L, 32 mg/L and 1 566 mg/L respectively, thecorresponding effluent concentrations were 138 mg/L, 3.30 mg/L, 0. 006 mg/L, N. D and 164 mg/L re-spectively. The effluent quality could meet the third class criteria specified in the Integrated WastewaterDischarge Standard (GB 8978 -1996). The treatment process has advantages of good treatment efficien-cy, stable operation, strong resistance to shock loading, easy management and maintenance.
