护患关系紧张相关因素认知的现状及影响因素分析

The current situation of awareness of factors related to tense relationship of patient-nurse and analysis of their influencing factors

目的了解医改背景下护士对护患关系紧张相关因素认知的现状以及其影响因素,为创建良好的护患关系提供对策和建议。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,对锦州市两所三级甲等医院的560名临床护理人员进行调查分析。结果护士认为护患关系紧张的影响因素依次为社会因素、患者因素、管理因素、护理人员因素。护士对护患关系紧张相关因素认知与所在科室(P=0.038)、聘用形式(P=0.001)、婚姻状况(P=0.005)、职务(P=0.030)等因素表现出明显相关(P<0.05),且明显高于其他因素。结论有关部门应采取针对性的预防护患关系紧张措施,深化卫生体制改革;培养护士的人文意识,加强沟通技巧的培训;增加护士编制,合理配置护理岗位。

Objective To analyze the awareness of factors related to tense relationship of patient-nurse and their influencing factors under the background of medical reform,and to develop good relationship by some countermeasures and suggestions.Methods A field survey was conducted among 539 clinical nurses from 2hospitals selected in Jinzhou.Results The influent factors from the subjects were social factors,patients＇ factors,management factors,and nurses＇ factor by order.There was statistically significant association between the awareness of the factors of patient-nurse relationship and nurses＇ departments（P=0.038）,employment form（P=0.001）,marital status（P=0.005）,duties（P=0.030）,they were significantly higher than other factors.Conclusions The related management departments should take effective countermeasures on the patient-nurse relationship,such as develop policy on improving the patient-nurse relationship,strengthen nurses consciousness of humanity and their communication skills;increasing the number of nurses,allocating the nursing jobs reasonably.
