摘要
目的系统评价白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)基因-511C/T多态性与慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)发病风险的相关性。方法计算机检索Pub Med、EMbase、CNKI、CBM、VIP和Wan Fang Data数据库,纳入关于IL-1β基因-511C/T多态性与COPD发病风险相关性的病例-对照研究,检索时限均为建库至2014年5月。由2位研究者按纳入与排除标准独立筛选文献、提取资料并评价纳入研究的方法学质量后,采用Rev Man 5.0软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入来自9篇文献的10个病例-对照研究,包括1 171例COPD患者和1 268例对照。Meta分析结果显示,IL-1β基因-511C/T多态性与COPD发病风险无相关性[TT+CT vs.CC:OR=1.06,95%CI(0.66,1.70),P=0.82;TT vs.CT+CC:OR=0.87,95%CI(0.60,1.26),P=0.32;TT vs.CC:OR=0.95,95%CI(0.51,1.75),P=0.86;CT vs.CC:OR=1.10,95%CI(0.71,1.70),P=0.15;T vs.C:OR=0.97,95%CI(0.72,1.30),P=0.84]。亚组分析结果显示,IL-1β-基因-511C/T多态性与亚洲人和白种人COPD发病风险均不相关。结论 IL-1β基因-511C/T多态性可能不是COPD发病的危险因素。
Objective To investigate the association between IL-1β gene -511C/T polymorphisms and the risk of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods Such databases as PubMed, EMbase, CNKI, CBM, VIP and WanFang Data were searched for the studies on the association between IL-1β gene -511C/T polymorphisms and the risk of COPD up to May 2014. According to inclusion and exclusion criteria, two reviewers independently screened literature, extracted data, and assessed methodological quality of included studies. Then meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.0 software. Results A total of 10 case-control studies from 9 articles involving 1 171 cases and 1 268 controls were included, qhe results of meta-analysis showed that, no significant association was found between IL-1β gene -511C/T poly- morpbisms and the risk ofCOPD : TT+CT vs. CC: OR=1.05, 95%CI 0.66 to 1.70, P=0.82; TT vs. CT+CC: OR=0.87, 95%CI 0.60 to 1.26, P=0.32; TT vs. CC: OR=0.95, 95%CI 0.51 to 1.75, P=0.86; CT vs. CC: OR=1.10, 95%CI 0.71 to 1.70, P=0.15; T vs. C: OR=0.97, 95%CI=0.72 to 1.30, P=0.84. "Ihe results of subgroup analysis by ethnicity showed that, no significant association was found between IL-1β gene -511C/T polymorphisms and the risk of COPD among Caucasians and Asians. Conclusion IL-1β gene -511C/T polynmrphisms might not contribute to the risk of COPD.
