18G取卵针在IVF-ET取卵术中的应用

Application of oocytes aspiration needle of 18G in IVF-ET egg retrival

目的探讨18G取卵针在IVF-ET取卵术中的应用。方法回顾性分析河南省人民医院在2009年9月至2013年12月应用口径为16G、17G、18G取卵针的患者各200例,分为A组、B组和C组。对比3组间取卵持续的时间、获卵数、出血情况进行评估。结果 3组获卵数无显著差异(P>0.05),C组与A组比较,取卵时间延长,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),C组出血量少,比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 18G取卵针在IVF-ET取卵过程中,手术出血量较少,不影响获卵率,是较为合适选择。

Objective To study the application of oocytes aspiration needle of 18G in IVF - ET egg retrival. Methods Patients performed with IVF- ET egg retrival by using oocytes aspiration needle of different diameter ：16G（ Group A）, 17G（ Group B）, 18G（ Group C）, were randomly picked out, each of 200 cases. Follicle aspiration consuming time, number of oocyte collected and blood volume were compared among three groups. Results There were no significant difference between three groups in follicle aspiration consuming time and number of oocyte collected. Compared with Group A, Group C had less blood volume. Conclusion Needles uesed for oocyte collection of 18G reduce blood volume without affecting follicle aspiration consuming time and number of oocyte collected.
