妇科腹腔镜手术并发症及临床分析

Clinical analysis of laparoscopic complications

目的探讨妇科腹腔镜手术并发症发生的原因及防治措施。方法回顾分析开县人民医院2010年1月—2013年8月860例行妇科腹腔镜手术的临床资料。结果 860例妇科腹腔镜手术出现并发症25例,发生率2.9%,包括穿孔、气腹、感染、出血、腹壁血管损伤等。其中发生气腹6例和腹壁血管损伤7例,分别占总并发症24%、28%,明显多于其他并发症类型。结论妇科腹腔镜手术并发症的发生与所行手术难度、手术技巧有关,加强手术医师操作能力的培训及重视手术适应证的选择,可有利于降低并发症。

Objective To explore the causes and prevention measures laparoscopic surgery complications. Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital in January 2010 - August 2013clinical data 860 cases routine gynecological laparoscopic surgery. Results Totally 860 cases of laparoscopic surgery complications in 25 cases, the incidence of 2. 9%, including perforation, pnenmoperitoneum, infection, bleeding, abdominal vascular injury. Veress six cases which occurred seven cases of abdominal and vascular injury, complications 24% respectively of the total, 28%, significantly more than with other types of complications. Conclusion Gynecological laparoscopy surgical complications and the difficulty of surgical techniques related to strengthening the operational capacity of surgeon training and attention to the choice of surgical indications, may help to reduce complications.
