米非司酮配伍米索前列醇治疗瘢痕性子宫早孕临床观察

Clinical observation of mifepristone and misoprostol in treatment of uterine scar pregnancy

目的探讨米非司酮配伍米索前列醇治疗瘢痕性子宫早孕的临床疗效。方法选择商丘市妇幼保健院2013年6月—2014年6月收治的瘢痕性子宫早孕的孕妇100例,根据治疗方式的不同随机分成观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组使用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇治疗,对照组使用传统人工流产手术治疗。对比两组疗效,通过治疗有效率、不良反应发生率、清宫率、完全流产率、流产后感染发生率、阴道流血量、流产时间、排除妊娠物时间等指标比较两组治疗情况,评价米非司酮配伍米索前列醇治疗瘢痕性子宫早孕的临床效果。结果观察组完全流产率为96%,明显高于对照组的80%,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组在孕囊排除时间、出血时间、胎膜残留率等指标上比较均优于对照组,差异有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮配伍米索前列醇治疗瘢痕性子宫早孕疗效显著,不良反应少,继发感染少,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of mifepristone and misoprostol treatment of in early pregnancy uterine scar. Methods Hospital June 2013 June 2014 uterine scar treated 100 cases of pregnant women in early pregnancy, according to the different treatment modalities were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. Observed nsing mifepristone and misoprostol treatment group and control group using traditional abortion surgery. Comparison of two groups, through treatment efficiency, the incidence of adverse reactions, the clean rate, complete abortion rates, the incidence of post - abortion infection, vaginal bleeding, miscarriage of time, excluding the time of conception and other indicators of treatment were compared to evaluate non - mifepristone and misoprostol treatment of uterine scar clinical effects of early pregnancy. Results Observation group complete abortion rate was 96%, significantly higher than the 80% of control group, the two groups was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Observed in the gestational sac exclusion time, bleeding time, membranes and other indicators comparing the residual rate than the control group, there were significant differences （P 〈 0. 05） differences. Conclusion Mifepristone and misoprostol treatment of uterine scar pregnancy a significant effect, adverse reactions, less secondary infection, safe, worthy of clinical application.
