参芪回阳汤治疗心肌梗死合并休克临床研究

Clinical studies of Shenqihuiyang decoction in treatment of myocardial infarction with shock

目的探讨中西医结合治疗心源性休克临床疗效。方法从住院病人中选择符合急性心肌梗死合并心源性休克诊断标准的患者80例,按随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组各40例。两组均给予西医常规治疗,治疗组加服参芪回阳汤,48h为1个疗程,2个疗程后进行疗效比较。结果治疗组显效15例,有效19例,无效6例,其中死亡3例,总有效率为85%,对照组显效10例,有效l2例,无效18例,其中10例死亡,总有效率为55%。两组综合疗效比较,有明显差异P<0.05)。结论合用参芪回阳汤治疗心源性休克疗效优于单纯西医常规治疗。

Objective To explore the of clinical efficacy Integrative Medicine cardiogenic shock. Methods 80 patients with acute myocardial infarction patients met diagnostic criteria with cardiogenic shock from hospitalized patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 40 cases.
