摘要
结合产业集聚的外部性及FDI技术溢出理论,以县域为区域范围、三位数行业为行业范围进行产业集聚的识别和测度,利用中国工业企业数据库的企业面板数据,采用分组对照等方法,研究不同类型的产业集聚对FDI技术溢出效应的影响问题,得出产业集聚程度的增高与FDI技术溢出效应之间存在倒U型关系,而且多行业集聚和内外资企业之间规模接近的集聚更有利于促进FDI技术溢出的结论。
Based on the theories of industrial agglomeration externality and FDI technology spillover effects（TSE）,in the scale of county area,and the three- digit inter- industry,this paper studies the industrial agglomeration by using firm- level industry panel data form in China. Empirical tests show that the increased level of industrial agglomeration has an inverted ＂ U＂ shaped relationship with TSE of FDI,and industrial agglomeration of different sectors as well as similar film scales between foreign enterprises and domestic ones play significant roles in promoting the technology spillovers. Among different types of industrial agglomerations,Italian type has the most promotion to the technology spillovers,while Axle type has less and Satellite- platform ones has the least. From above analyses,this essay makes some policy suggestions about improving TSE of FDI by strengthening regional agglomeration in certain area and by changing industrial agglomeration types,which has important theoretical and practical significance to the cooperation of industry and investment policies.
