布比卡因注射液致不良反应文献分析

Literature Analysis of Adverse Drug Reactions Induced by Bupivacaine Injection

目的：分析布比卡因注射液致药品不良反应的特点和规律，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：以“布比卡因”、“不良反应”等关键词检索中国期刊全文数据库、维普资讯网和万方数据库文献，共检索2000～2013年布比卡因注射液致不良反应病例56例，对报告进行统计与分析。结果：布比卡因注射液所致不良反应可发生于各个年龄段，多在用药10 min内发生。其不良反应可累及多个系统和器官，主要表现为心血管系统损害、中枢神经系统、呼吸系统和全身性损害等。结论：布比卡因注射液所致不良反应多在短时间内发生，应加强临床用药监测，防范不良反应的发生。目前，国内说明书存在不良反应信息提示不足的情况，建议相关部门对说明书进行修改和完善。

Objective：To analyze the characteristics and regularity of adverse drug reactions （ ADRs） induced by bupivacaine injec-tion and provide basis for clinical rational drug use.Methods： With ＆quot;Bupivacaine＆quot;,＆quot;adverse drug reaction＆quot;as keywords, retrieved literatures from CNKI,CQVIP and Wanfang database in 2000 to 2013,232 cases of ADR by bupivacaine injection were statistically ana-lyzed.Results：The ADRs induced by bupivacaine injection could occur at all ages with a higher incidence of within 10 minutes after administration.ADR involved multiple systems and organs.The main clinical manifestation represented as cardiovascular system （28.10%）,central nervous system（26.64%）, respiratory system（14.60%） and systemic damage（11.31%）,there may be serious death.Conclusion：ADR induced by bupivacaine injection occured mostly in a short period of time.The clinical application should be monitored closely to prevent the occurrence of adverse reactions.The domestic drug package inserts are lack of warnings for ADR infor-mation.It is suggested that related administration departments should revise and improve the drug package inserts of bupivacaine injec-tion.
