摘要
简要介绍了我国废纸进口情况,阐述了废纸检验在废纸进口过程中的重要作用。结合多次的废纸检验实践,系统的介绍了废纸检验的方法和过程,重点分析了检验规程中存在的主要问题,并且有针对性地提出了发展对策。
The import of wastepaper in China was introduced briefly. The important function of wastepaper test in the wastepaper imported process was expounded. Combined with the practice of wastepaper test many times, the method and process of wastepaper test was introduced. The main problems in inspection specification of wastepaper for import were discussed and development countermeasure was provided.
