摘要
当前以细颗粒物和臭氧为主的区域大气污染形势日益严峻,大量燃煤排放的烟尘和工业生产排放的粉尘是一次细颗粒物的主要来源,严格控制烟粉尘排放有助于改善大气环境质量。通过系统总结了我国烟粉尘排放控制状况及存在的问题,结合当前环境管理需求,从新建项目准入、排污许可、达标管理、清洁生产、监管能力建设等方面提出了烟粉尘污染防治管理模式。
Current,Fine particulate matter and ozone-based regional situation is increasingly grim. A lot of dust emissions from coal-fired and soot emissions from industry are a major source of fine particulate matter. Strict control of smoke dust emissions will help improve air quality. By systematically summed up the situation of dust emission and the problems of pollution control. Combined with the current environmental management needs,proposed dust pollution prevention management model from the new project access,pollution permits,compliance aspects of management,regulatory capacity building.
