摘要
获得具有代表性、准确性、可比性、完整性的监测数据,就必须对监测的全过程涉及的人、财、物、技术四方面进行有效控制与管理。作者结合从事多年的环境监测工作实践,分析目前我国环境监测质量管理存在的问题,并提出提高环境监测质量管理水平的创新思路。
The author has been engaged in the environmental monitoring work practice for many years,and has pointed out the problems of environment monitoring quality management in our country,and the innovative concepts of improving the level of environmental monitoring quality management.
