为实现长吉图区域城镇经济与环境协调发展,建议加快城镇生活污水处理厂和垃圾无害化处理场等环境保护基础设施建设步伐,加大空气环境的污染防治力度,加强噪声和固体废物的污染防治,保护饮用水源水质安全,推广生态城市建设,提高人们的生态文明意识。
In order to realize the coordinating development between urban economy and environment in Changjitu area,it is suggested that speed up the pace of fundamental facility construction,such as sewage treatment plant and harmless garbage plant. enhance the efforts of preventing air pollution,enhance the prevention of noise and solid waste,ensure the security of drinking water sources,promote the construction of ecological city,improve the awareness of ecological civilization.
