摘要
山西煤矿兼并重组整合项目类型多样化,遗留环境问题较多,加大了环境影响评价区报告和技术评估工作的难度,文章结合实际工作中遇到问题,对煤矿兼并重组整合项目环境影响技术评估难点和重点进行了探析,提出了技术评估工作的对策和建议。
Because of diversification of Shanxi coal mine corporate mergers and acquisitions integration project types,many environmental problems were bequeathed,that increase the difficulty of the EIA and technical review work. in this article,we combined with practical work experience problems, Explore the difficulties and emphases in Shanxi coal mine corporate mergers and acquisitions integration project technical review,and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions on it.
