摘要
目的设计并合成新型表面活性剂用于潜在难溶性药物载体。方法设计并合成结构中具有双亲成分的表面活性剂,通过傅立叶红外分光光度法(FT-IR)及核磁共振波谱法(1H-NMR)对所合成的终产物进行相应的结构表征,对所合成表面活性剂于不同溶剂中的溶解性能、临界胶束浓度(CMC)及亲水亲油平衡值(HLB)进行测定。结果得到结构确证目标终产物,有机溶剂对所得产物的溶解能力大小分别为乙醚〉氯仿〉乙醇〉甲醇;电导法测定CMC值为6.00 mg/mL,表面张力法测定CMC值为5.71 mg/mL;HLB值在6~10之间。结论该表面活性剂可作为潜在的难溶性药物载体应用。
Objective To design and synthesize a novel surfactant in the insoluble drugs. Methods The surfactant with amphipathicity structure was synthesized and characterized by FT-IR and H-NMR, The sQlubility of the final product in different solvents, critical micelle concentration (CMC) value and the hydrophile-lipophile balance value (HLB) were detected in the study. Results A novel surfactant was synthesized and identified finally. The ability of solubility in different solvents of the final product was ether 〉 chloroform 〉 alcohol 〉 methanol. The CMC value detected by the con- ductance method was 6.00 mg/mL and was 5.71 mg/mL detected by the surface tension methad. The HLB value was between 6 to 10. Conclusion The novel surfactant synthesized in the study is aimed to using for the delivery of the in- dissolvable drugs in the future study.
