看图对话健康教育工具在冠心病患者健康教育中的应用 被引量:16

摘要 目的探讨看图对话健康教育工具在冠心病患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法将沈阳市第七人民医院2012年8~12月收治的200例冠心病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各100例。对照组采用常规健康教育形式进行健康教育,观察组采用自行编写绘画的看图对话健康教育工具进行健康教育。分别采用西雅图心绞痛问卷(SAQ)、冠心病自我管理行为量表(CSMS)评价两组患者健康教育前后患者自我管理能力及治疗依从性。结果观察组健康教育后SAQ总分高于教育前[(77.38±3.23)分比(65.17±3.29)分],差异有高度统计学意义(P〈0.01);健康教育后观察组CSMS总分明显高于对照组[(78.89±7.55)分比(70.58±8.46)分],差异有高度统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论看图对话健康教育工具模式提高了冠心病患者的生存质量,间接提高了患者的治疗依从性,加强了冠心病患者自我管理能力,保证了健康教育的有效性。 Objective To investigate the application effect of dialogue educational tool according to pictures on the of health education in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods From August to December 2012, in the Seventh People's Hospital of Shenyang City, 200 patients with coronary heart disease were selected and randomly divided into observation group(100 cases) and control group(100 cases). The control group were given conventional forms health education, the observation group were given the dialogue educational tool according to pictures for health education.Seattle angina questionnaire(SAQ), coronary sisease self-management behavior scale(CSMS) were used respectively to evaluate patients' self-management skills and treatment compliance before and after health education. Results The SAQ scores after health education of the observation group were higher than that before the health education [(77.38±3.23) scores vs(65.17±3.29) scores], the difference was statistically significant(P 〈0.01). After the health education,the CSMS scores of the observation group were higher than that of the control group [(78.89±7.55) scores vs(70.58±8.46) scores], the difference was statistically significant(P 〈0.01). Conclusion The dialogue educational tool according to pictures mode can improve the survival quality of patients with coronary heart disease, indirect improve the patient's treatment adherence, strengthen the ability of patients with coronary artery disease self-management, to ensure the effectiveness of health education.
