广东珠三角地区儿童反复呼吸道感染的相关因素分析

Analysis of relative factors of recurrent respiratory tract infections in children of Pearl River Delta in Guangdong

目的研究珠江三角洲地区学龄前儿童反复呼吸道感染（RRTIs）的相关因素,为防治儿童RRTIs提供依据。方法对2013年1月～2014年6月7183例在广州市妇女儿童医疗中心就诊的学龄前儿童进行流行病学调查,对其中2227例反复呼吸道感染患儿的发病情况、发病相关因素进行分析。结果结果显示,父母有呼吸道疾病史,患儿有过敏性疾病史、出生窒息史、早产史,母亲孕期患糖尿病,患儿营养不良,家庭常住人口密集的RRTIs发病率较高,分别为36.36%、38.44%、38.61%、36.29%、37.63%、37.89%、38.87%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;母亲孕期患妊娠高血压疾病、患儿有支原体感染时,RRTIs发病率更高,分别为46.31%、48.61%,差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论儿童RRTIs的防治应注意上述各项相关因素。

Objective To study the related factors of RRTIs in Pearl River Delta preschool children, provide the scientific evidence for the prevention and treatment of RRTIs in children. Methods From January 2013 to June 2014, 7183 pediatric patients in Women and Children Medical Center of Guangzhou City were collected, and the clinical manifestations and the related factors in 2227 cases with RRTIs were compared and analyzed. Results The research results showed that the incidence of RRTIs in infants with the parent respiratory tract diseases, children hypersensitivity disease, birth asphyxiation, premature birth, mother＇s diabetes of pregnancy duration, childhood dystrophy, children living in permanent residents was higher, respectively was 36.36%, 38.44%, 38.61%, 36.29%, 37.63%, 37.89%, 38.87%, the differences were statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. The incidence of RRTIs in infants with mother＇s hypertension of pregnancy duration, infants Mycoplasma infection was much more higher, respectively 46.31%, 48.61%, the differences were statistically significant（P〈 0.01）. Conclusion The related factors mentioned above in preventing and treating children＇s RRTIS should be paid attention to.
