摘要 目的优选黄芩茎叶提取物的纯化方法 ,为黄芩茎叶总黄酮的分离纯化提供实验依据。方法以黄芩茎叶总黄酮的转移率、纯度作为考察指标,采用酸沉法、酸碱法、碱溶酸沉、重结晶法4种方法分别对黄芩茎叶总黄酮进行纯化,优化纯化条件,并对纯化结果进行比较。结果 4种方法制备的总黄酮的转移率依次为:64%、59%、54%、62%,总黄酮纯度依次为:48%、78%、69%、47%。结论通过对4种纯化方法进行比较可得,酸碱法能提高黄芩茎叶的纯化效果,该研究可以为黄芩茎叶生产中制订合理的纯化方法提供试验依据,对生产具有一定的指导意义。 Objective To optimize the method of purifying the extract of Scutellariae baicalensis stems and leaves (SB-SL) so as to provide an experimental basis for the separation and purification of total flavonoids of SBSL. Methods Four methods including acid precipitation, acid-alkali method, alkali extraction and acid precipitation, recrystallization method were compared for the optimization of purification of total flavonoids, with the purity rate and transferring rate of total flavonoids as the indexes. Results By using the above-mentioned four methods, the transfer rate of total flavonoids were 64%, 59%, 54% and 62%; and the purification were 48%, 78%, 69% and 47% respectively. Conclusion Among the four methods, acid-alkali method shows better purification effect of SBSL, which provides experimental basis for reasonable purification of SBSL, and shows guiding significance for industrial production at large scale.
