摘要 首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院(以下简称"我院")静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)成立于2002年,随着医院的发展,积累问题较多,以药品管理、工作模式、人员结构和绩效考核四个方面的问题最为突出。我院PIVAS通过加强药品库存管理、完善药品管理体系、优化审方系统和药学服务模式,推行"6S"管理和目视管理、应用警示标识,实施配置标准化作业程序,规范和加强人员的准入培训和再教育,促进科室内部管理等措施,实施精细化管理。PIVAS工作的精细化管理,使PIVAS整个调配流程经过多次审核,有效地降低了差错率,最大限度地提高了人员工作质量与工作效率,从而推动静脉药物调配中心工作的不断向前发展。 The Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services(PIVAS) in Chaoyang Hospital Affiliated to Capital University of Medical Sciences ("our hospital" for short) was founded in 2002, and with the development of hospital, it was the most prominent issues of medicine administration, working mode, the personnel structure and the performance appraisal. The the delicacy management in PIVAS is perform according to strengthening drug inventory management, improving drug management system, optimizing prescription checking and pharmacy services model, the implementation of "6S"management, visual management, the application of warning signs, and standardized operating procedures, standardize and strengthen access to training and re-education personnel, promoting the department of internal management and other measures. The delicacy management in PIVAS work, then entire process of PIVAS be through several examina-tions, that effectively reducing the error rate, maximizing the quality and efficiency of personnel, so as to promote the continuous development of PIVAS work.
