摘要
宫颈癌是严重威胁女性健康的疾病之一,几乎所有的流行病学调查均显示人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染是宫颈癌及癌前病变发病的主要条件.γδT细胞属于固有免疫细胞,是女性生殖器官上皮内淋巴细胞的主要成分.γδT细胞具有抗感染、抗肿瘤、免疫监视和免疫调节等作用,是固有免疫及适应性免疫间的桥梁.但某些肿瘤研究中也发现,γδT细胞同时具有免疫抑制作用,促进肿瘤的生长.文献报道宫颈癌患者肿瘤组织中存在着明显的γδT细胞浸润,且γδT细胞对宫颈癌细胞系有杀伤作用,这充分预示着γδT细胞在宫颈癌的发生中具有潜在的调节作用.因而研究γδT细胞抗HPV感染及其在宫颈癌及癌前病变中的作用具有重要意义.
Cervical cancer is one of the diseases that severely threaten health of women.Epidemiological survey showed that HPV infection is the main condition for the development of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions.γδT cells,the innate immune cells,are the main component of intraepithelial lymphocyte in the female reproductive organs.γδT cells are the bridges between innate and adaptive immunity innate.They are important in anti infection,anti tumor,immune surveillance and immune regulation in some cancer researches.γδT cells were also found to have immunosuppressive effect,which promotes the growth of tumor.Studies have showed that tissue of cervical cancer has obvious γδT cell infiltration,and γδT cells can kill cervical cancer cell lines.These data indicate that γδT cells have the potential of modulatory role in cervical cancer.Hence,a better understanding of γδT cells in cervical cancer and precancerous lesion is important.
