摘要
根据铸钢轧辊的主要技术要求确定了轧辊材料成分,分析了轧辊夹渣、冒口缩松、端面裂纹等铸造缺陷产生的原因,对造型、冶炼、浇注、电加热冒口、孔型预加工和热处理等工序进行了针对性控制.试验和生产结果表明,采用电加热冒口工艺,可有效提高工艺出品率,大幅降低生产成本,研制的ZU60CrNiMo轧辊完全能够满足使用要求.
According to the main technical requirements of cast steel roller, the roll material composition was determined. The reasons of slag inclusion, dispersed shrinkage and crack for roller were analyzed, and the process, including molding, smelting, pouring, electric heating riser, hole preprocessing and heat treatment, were controlled specifically. Tests and production results show that the electric heating riser technology can increase the craft production rate effectively and reduce the production cost greatly. The developed ZU60CrNiMo roller can meet the operating requirements completely.
