脐带挤勒对新生儿影响的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 自20世纪60年代延迟断脐的概念提出后,有关脐带结扎的研究越来越多,目前已有证据表明延迟脐带结扎的优势。但是理论上,脐带结扎延迟会妨碍窒息或心衰新生儿的复苏。因此有研究者进一步研究发现,脐带挤勒或许可以成为代替延迟断脐的一项选择,它不仅可以带来类似延迟断脐的好处还可以在某些方面避免延迟脐带结扎的潜在风险现就脐带挤勒的定义及作用综述如下。
