摘要
目的:调查昆明市社区居民对社区卫生服务的满意度,并探讨其影因素。结果:被调查者的总体满意度得分为3.85±0.53分,其中满意度得分最高为就医便利性,最低的为就医环境。影响居民总体满意度的因素包括候诊时间、医疗费用接受情况、文化程度等。
The community residents＇ satisfaction on community health services in Kunming and its influencing factors were surveyed. The overall score of residents＇ satisfaction was 3. 85 ± 0. 53,of which the highest scores was convenience of medical services,and the lowest was medical environment. The main influencing factors were waiting time,medical expenses and education background.
