县(市)级院前医疗急救能力评价及提升对策

Evaluation and improvement of county pre-hospital emergency medical aid

目的:提升县(市)级院前医疗急救能力。方法:通过文献分析法和专家咨询法建立一套评价县(市)级院前医疗急救能力的评价体系,采用社会研究程序,对昆山市进行实证研究。结果:昆山市院前医疗急救存在着急救人员数量不足、急救资源有限等问题。结论:发挥政府主体作用,合理配置急救资源。

Objective To improve the capability of county pre-hospital emergency medical aid. Methods The system of evaluating the capability of county pre-hospital emergency medical aid was established by literature analysis and expert consultation. And empirical study was carried out in Kunshan City. Results There had some problems of pre-hospital emergency medical aid in Kunshan City,such as insufficient first aiders and limited resources. Conclusion It is suggested to intensify the governmental role and reasonably allocate medical resources.
