摘要
东部某省社会资本办医工作自新医改加速启动以来,在发展规模和特色建设取得显著成效的同时,也暴露了许多困难和问题,这些困难和问题正严重制约着省内社会资本办医的进一步发展。文章以东部某省社会资本办医疗机构发展情况为依据,对社会资本办医在医疗服务和经营管理、市场份额、诚信力建设等方面暴露出的问题进行了深入的探讨。
The scale of social capital to sponsor medical institutions in eastern province has been promoted and formed its characteristic since the new round of health care system reform,and with some difficulties and problems,which severely influence the further development of social capital to sponsor health care undertakings. In this paper,we discuss the difficulties existing in the medical service and management,market share,as well as the capacity building of credibility.
