脂肪源性干细胞在美容整形外科的应用 被引量:1

摘要 干细胞属于有核细胞的一种常见类型,本身具备自我复制、多潜能等特征,对其进行分化后,就会转变成其他的功能性细胞。当人体器官遭受到程序损伤与威胁时,干细胞能够进行持续性的自我复制操作,因此已在临床治疗中被广泛应用。由于发育时间不同,干细胞类型也存在着差异,主要包括成体干细胞与胚胎干细胞等。脂肪源性干细胞为体干细胞的常见类型,我们将重点介绍脂肪源性干细胞。
