本文概述了压力管道元件制造许可鉴定评审程序、型式试验及鉴定评审的基本要求,并从取证单位的资源条件、质量保证体系以及产品安全性能等3个方面介绍了压力管道元件(无缝钢管)制造许可鉴定评审的质量控制及其评审中常见的主要问题。提出了通过提高制造单位的质量意识完善鉴定评审机构严格执行生产准入制度以及加大监察机关加强证后监管力度,确保压力管道元件(无缝钢管)产品的安全。

Accreditation program of pressure piping components manufacturing license, type test and basic requirements of accreditation were described in this article. Quality control of pressure piping components manufacturing license and the main problems in the accreditation were introduced from resource conditions, quality assurance system and product safety performance of manufacturing plant.
