康复治疗训练在肱骨骨折术后的应用效果

The effect of postoperative rehabilitation treatment for humeral fractures

目的：研究肱骨骨折术后实施康复治疗训练的效果。方法以本院2013年1月～2014年1月收治的80例肱骨骨折患者为研究对象，根据是否接受康复治疗分为观察组和对照组。对照组不参与康复治疗训练，实验组根据患者的具体情况给予相应的、循序渐进的康复治疗训练。观察比较手术后第2、4、6个月患者的骨折愈合情况，评估发生并发症情况。结果实验组患者的肩关节功能GEPI评分高于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在肱骨骨折治疗过程中，根据患者的情况进行适当的康复治疗训练，可以帮助患者更快更好地愈合伤口，降低并发症的发生率，可在骨折术后治疗中积极应用。

Objective To study the effect of rehabilitation training in treatment of humeral fracture after operation. Methods 80 cases of patients with humeral fracture admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected as research objects,and were divided into two groups according to whether they received rehabilitation treat-ment.The control group were not taken with participate in the rehabilitation training,the experimental group were given with step-by-step rehabilitation training corresponding according to the patient’s specific circumstances.The fracture healing of two groups after operation of 2,4,6 months were observed,complications were compared. Results The GEPI score of shoulder joint function in experimental group was higher than that of control group,and the incidence of com-plications were lower than that of the control group,there were significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of humeral fracture,rehabilitation training properly according to the patient’s condition can help patients better and faster wound healing,and reduce the incidence of complications,this approach should be adopt-ed in the treatment of fracture after operation.
