奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血的效果和安全性

Efficacy and safety of omeprazole sodium for injection in the treatment of peptic ulcer complicated with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage

目的探讨注射用奥美拉唑钠治疗消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血的效果和安全性。方法将60例消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血患者按照1∶1随机分为对照组与观察组,两组患者均给予抗休克、输血及输液等基础治疗,对照组在基础治疗上采用法莫替丁注射液进行治疗,观察组在基础治疗上采用注射用奥美拉唑钠进行治疗,对比两组的临床治疗效果、治疗前后空腹胃液pH值及不良反应发生情况。结果对照组总有效率为66.67%,显著低于观察组的93.33%(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后空腹胃液pH值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后空腹胃液pH值显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组不良反应发生率为20.00%,显著高于观察组的6.67%(P<0.05)。结论新型质子泵抑制剂注射用奥美拉唑钠应用于消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血的疗效显著,安全性高,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of omeprazole sodium for injection in the treatment of pep-tic ulcer complicated with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods 60 patients with peptic ulcer complicated with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the ra-tio of 1：1.Two groups of patients were given the basic treatment of anti shock,blood transfusion and infusion.Famotidine injection was used in control group based on the treatment above while omeprazole sodium for injection was applied in observation group on the basis of above treatment.Clinical curative effect,pH value of gastric juice before and after treatment and the incidence rate of adverse reaction in two groups was compared respectively. Results Total effective rate in control group was 66.67%,significantly lower than that in observation group （93.33%）（P〈0.05）.The pH value of gastric juice in two groups before and after treatment was compared respectively,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.After treatment,pH value of gastric juice in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of adverse reaction in control group was 20.00%,significantly higher than that in observation group （6.67%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Omeprazole sodium for injection（new proton pump inhibitor）applied in peptic ulcer com-plicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding has significant effect and high safety,which is worthy of promotion and ap-plication.
