温阳法治疗正虚血瘀型子宫肌瘤月经过多的临床效果

Clinical effects of warming yang therapy in the treatment of menorrhagia with deficiency and blood stasis type of uterine fibroids

目的观察温阳法治疗正虚血瘀子宫肌瘤月经过多的效果。方法选择本院收治的61例正虚血瘀型子宫肌瘤月经过多患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,治疗组31例采用温阳健脾汤治疗,对照组30例采用桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗,观察两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率为93.5%,显著优于优于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后的Hb、RBC、HCT、PA水平显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温阳法是治疗正虚血瘀子宫肌瘤月经过多的有效方法。

Objective To observe effects of warming yang therapy in the treatment of menorrhagia with deficiency and blood stasis type of uterine fibroids. Methods 61 cases of menorrhagia with deficiency and blood stasis type of uterine fibroids was selected and randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group（31 cases） was treated with Wenyang Jian-pi decoction,the control group（30 cases） was treated with Guizhi Fuling capsule,the therapeutic effect of two groups was observed. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.5%,which was significantly better than 73.33% of the control group,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.Hb,RBC,HCT,PA levels of the treatment group after treatment were significantly better than that of the control group,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The warming yang ther-apy is effective method in the treatment of menorrhagia with deficiency and blood stasis type of uterine fibroids.
