急诊胃出血患者行优质护理的效果观察

Effect observation of high-quality nursing in patients with acute gastric hemorrhage

目的探讨优质护理在急诊胃出血患者中的临床应用效果。方法选取本院收治的80例急诊胃出血患者为研究对象,按照随机分组原则,将患者随分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组应用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用优质护理,比较两组患者的治疗效果、复发率、满意度等。结果观察组与对照组的总有效率分别为97.5%、67.5%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的复发率为5.0%,对照组为22.5%;观察组的满意度为72.5%,对照组为97.5%,两组的复发率及满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急诊胃出血患者进行有效的优质护理可提高临床治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical application effect of high-quality nursing in patients with acute gas-tric hemorrhage. Methods 80 cases with acute gastric hemorrhage treated in our hospital were selected as subjects,and they were divided into the observation group （n=40） and control group （n=40） according to the random grouping prin-ciple.The control group was given the routine nursing,the observation group was given high-quality nursing on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,the recurrence rate,satisfaction and so on in patients of the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group and the control group was 97.5%,67.5% respectively,and there was a statistical difference in the two groups （P〈0.05）.The recurrence rate was 5.0% in the observation group,the control group was 22.5%,the satisfaction degree in the observation group was 97.5%,the control group was 72.5%,and there was a statistical difference of the recurrence rate and the satisfaction degree in the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion High-quality and effective nursing conducted in patients with acute gastric hemorrhage can improve the clinical treatment effect,it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
