加强护理实验管理,提高护理教学质量

Strengthening the management of nursing experiment,to improve the quality of nursing education

护理学教学实践性较强,除要求学生掌握必要的理论知识外,熟练的技能操作也是学习的重要目标,实验实训是达到后者的主要方法和途径,这就要求实验室在教学中应充分发挥效能,帮助学生加强技能训练,提高教学质量。在实验管理方面,应严格执行实验室各项管理制度,做好实验物品的日常管理和保养;对实验室实行开放式管理,为学生提供更多的学习机会;提高实验课课堂效率,做好与理论课的衔接;制订严格的实验考核方法,提高学生的学习重视程度;将职业道德教育贯穿于课堂始末,培养良好的职业道德修养。同时,在此过程中实验教师及管理人员应注意高度责任感的培养,避免不安全事件的发生;注重自身素质的提高,及时对知识进行更新,提高专业水平;要具备良好的沟通协调技巧,与教师和同学定期进行交流,听取师生的建议与意见,做好教学协助工作。在新形式下只有不断探索护理实验教学的管理模式与措施,才能顺应教改的趋势与要求,培养出合格的实用型护理人才。

Nursing teaching is a strong practical course,except from the essential theoretical knowledge mastered by students,proficient skill operation also acts as an important goal for learning,experimental training is the main method and way to achieve proficient skill operation,the efficiency of laboratory in teaching should be given full play to help students to strengthen skill training and improve teaching quality.In the experimental management,laboratory manage-ment system should be strictly enforced,management and maintenance of laboratory supplies should be done well. Opening management should be performed so as to provide more learning opportunities for students.Classroom efficien-cy of experimental lessons should be enhanced to realize good connections with theory courses.Experiment testing method should be intensified to improve students’learning attention.Professional ethics education should be run through the whole class to cultivate good professional ethics.Meanwhile,experiment teachers and administrative staff should es-tablish high sense of responsibilities,avoid occurrence of unsafe events,pay attention to improvement of self-quality, timely update knowledge to better professional level,and possess good communication and coordination skills reflecting in regular communications with teachers and students,listen to their comments and advice,and do a good job of teaching assistance.Under the new form,only continuous exploration of management mode and measure in nursing experiment teaching can conform to tendency and requirement of educational reform and develop qualified and practical nursing talents.
