摘要
目的:研究WORLD模式在手术室护理实习带教中的应用效果。方法选择2012年7月~2013年3月来我院手术室实习的144名护生,随机分为实验组和对照组各72名,对照组为传统带教模式,实验组采用WORLD模式,比较两组在实习带教中的应用效果。结果实验组护生的带教老师的评分、专业理论知识、护理技能操作及科研能力等评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 WORLD模式可以培养护生自主学习能力和创新能力,利于提高护生综合素质,值得推广。
Objective To study the effect of WORLD practice in teaching in operation room nursing. Methods 144 nursing students in operation room in our hospital internship was selected in Jul,2012~Mar,2013, who were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,and each group 72 students. Students in contrast group were received traditional teaching mode, while the students in experimental group were used WORLD mode. The clinical application effect in teaching was compared in the two groups. Results The teacher's score, professional theoretical knowledge, nursing skills and research ability and the score of nursing students in experimental group were higher than those incontrol group (P〈0.05). Conclusion WORLD mode can cultivate student's autonomous learning ability and innovation ability, and improve the overall quality of nursing students, which is worthy of promotion.
