北京市宣武区广外社区居民健康体检结果分析

Analysis of the physical examination results of community population in Guangwai area in Beijing

目的对北京市宣武区广外社区居民进行健康体检,了解社区居民的健康状况,以进行健康指导。方法采用分层系统抽样的方法,随机抽取788名常住居民进行健康体检,并对数据进行描述性分析。结果 715名成人居民疾病检出率由高到低依次为高血压(检出率34.8%,标化率34.8%)、高脂血症(检出率33.3%,标化率33.6%)、脂肪肝(检出率31.2%,标化率31.4%)、糖尿病(检出率10.4%,标化率10.5%)、胆囊疾病(检出率4.4%,标化率4.6%)、肾结石(检出率3.1%,标化率3.2%)。随着年龄的增加,高血压、高脂血症、糖尿病的检出率呈不断上升趋势。儿童青少年超重/肥胖率17.8%,贫血检出率2.7%,空腹血糖异常率1.4%。结论该社区成年人存在的主要问题是代谢性慢性非传染性疾病,提示居民应养成良好生活习惯,预防并控制慢性病的发生发展;儿童青少年健康状况良好。

Objective To investigate the healthy states and the prevalence of physical examination among community residents. Methods 788 residents were selected for physical examination by Stratified systematic sampling method. Results Among 715 adults, the abnormal rate of disease were hypertension （detection rate 34.8%, standardized rate 34.8%）, hyperlipidemia（detection rate33.3%,standardized rate 33.6%）,fatty liver （detection rate 31.2%,standardized rate 31.4%）, diabetes（detection rate 10.4%, standardized rate 10.5%）,Gallbladder disease（detection rate 4.4%,standardized rate 4.6%）,Kidney stones（detection rate 3.1%, standardized rate 3.2%）. The prevalence of hypertension, hyperlipidemia and diabetes was increased with age Among 73 children and adolescents, the major diseases affecting health were Overweight / obesity（detection rate17.8%）,anemia （detection rate2.7%）, Abnormal fasting glucose（detection rate1.4%）.Conclusion The main problem of the community is the metabolic chronic diseases, residents should develop good habits to prevent and control the occurrence and development of chronic diseases. The healthstate of children and adolescent was good.
