二甲双胍在多囊卵巢综合征促排卵治疗中的应用效果

Application effect of metformin in stimulating ovulation treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome

目的：探讨二甲双胍在多囊卵巢综合征促排卵治疗中的应用效果。方法选取本院2012年1月～2014年1月收治的56例多囊卵巢综合征患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，各28例。对照组采用促性腺激素肌注治疗，观察组采用二甲双胍治疗，比较两组治疗前后的LH、INS、FSH、T及LH/FSH水平及排卵情况。结果观察组的排卵率为92.86%，妊娠率为75.00%；对照组的排卵率为67.86%，妊娠率为32.14%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。另外，观察组治疗后的LH、INS、FSH、T及LH/FSH水平显著优于治疗前、对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论二甲双胍能显著减少空腹胰岛素含量，改善患者性激素异常症状，促进排卵及妊娠恢复，不良反应率低，安全性高，值得在多囊卵巢综合征治疗中进一步应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of metformin in stimulating ovulation treatment of polycystic o-vary syndrome. Methods 56 cases with polycystic ovary syndrome from January 2012 to January 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,28 cases in each group.The control group were treated with intramuscular injection of gonadotropin,the observation group were treated with metformin.The level of LH,INS,FSH,T,LH/FSH and ovulation of two groups before and after treatment was compared respectively. Results The ovulation rate of observation group was 92.86% and the pregnancy rate of observation group was 75.00%,the ovulation rate of the control group was 67.86%and the pregnancy rate of observation group was 32.14%,there was significant dif-ference（P〈0.05）.In addition,the level of LH,INS,FSH,T,LH/FSH of the observation group after treatment was significant-ly better than that before treatment and control group respectively,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Met-formin can significantly reduce the fasting insulin level,improve the abnormal symptoms of sex hormone,promote ovula-tion and pregnancy recovery,the rate of adverse reaction is low,and safety is high,which is worthy of further application in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.
