套扎器与开环式痔吻合器在内痔手术中的应用比较

Application comparison of ligation device and open loop hemorrhoid stapler in operation of hemorrhoids

目的：探讨内痔套扎器（RPH）与开环式痔吻合器（TST）在内痔手术中的应用效果。方法选取本院的200例Ⅱ～Ⅲ度内痔患者作为研究对象,随机分为RPH组及TST组,各100例。 RPH组采用RPH手术,TST组采用TST术,比较两组的效果。结果两组的便血症状在术后全部停止,术后套扎器组不良反应发生率为17%,显著低于TST组的50%,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论 RPH术操作简单、疗效确切,无严重术后并发症,术后不良反应发生率低于TST手术。

Objective To explore application effect of ligation device（RPH） and open loop hemorrhoid stapler（TST） in op-eration of hemorrhoids. Methods 200 cases with II-Ⅲ degree hemorrhoids was selected and divided into RPH group and TST group.The RPH geoup was treated with operation of RPH,the TST group was treated with operation of TST,the effect of two groups was compared. Results Bloody symptoms of two groups was stopped after operation.The incidence of adverse reaction of the RPH geoup after operation was 17%,which was lower than 50% of the TST group,with statis-tical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion RPH operation has the advantages of simple operation,definite curative effect,no serious postoperative complications,postoperative incidence of adverse reaction is lower than that of TST operation.
