棉织物生物酶精练漂白技术研究 被引量:4

摘要 研究棉织物生物酶精练漂白工艺配方及技术。测试了复合精练酶用量、双氧水浓度、活化剂浓度对棉织物白度、芯吸高度、强力的影响情况,通过试验优化复合酶精练棉织物的工艺配方为复合精练酶6 m L/L,双氧水(30%)7 g/L,活化剂4 g/L。试验结果表明:采用优化后的复合酶精练工艺配方活化漂白处理后的棉织物白度值在72%左右,芯吸高度大于12 cm,强力均值在500 N左右。认为采用复合精练酶精练漂白棉织物可以达到较好的漂白效果。 Formula and technology of cotton fabric bio-enzyme scouring bleaching process were researched. Impact of composite scouring enzyme dosage, hydrogen peroxide concentration, activator concentration on cotton fabric whiteness, wicking height and strength were tested. Technology formula of complex enzyme scouring cotton fabric were optimized by testing process ,for composite scouting enzyme 6 mL/L, hydrogen peroxide (30 % ) 7 g/L, activator 4 g/L. The test result shows that cotton fabric whiteness is about 72 % after optimization by composite enzyme scouting process recipe formula,wicking height is larger than 12 cm,the mean strength is about 500 N. It is considered that better bleaching effect can be achieved by using composite scouring enzyme scouring bleached cotton fabrics.
