摘要
探讨一种快速确定细纱成形工艺的简易方法。采用时间法对管纱成形工艺进行理论推导,并根据实际生产情况对一些参数进行了简化和必要的整合处理,推导出细纱卷绕成形工艺的理论模型。分析了络筒速度对细纱卷绕螺距的要求,根据细纱卷绕螺距与成形变换齿轮间的关系,提出快速确定细纱成形工艺的方法,并以实例说明了计算与应用过程。认为,该方法简便易行,能够在络筒机速度变化的条件下,迅速计算并配置出相匹配的细纱机卷绕成形工艺。有助于解决细纱卷绕螺距不当造成的络筒机纱管退绕脱圈问题,提高络筒机生产效率。
A simple method to quickly identifying spun yarn formation technology was discussed. Timing method was used for the theoretical derivation of bobbin yarn formation technology. Some parameters were simplified and necessarily integrated according to particle production status. Then the theoretical model of yarn winding formation technology was derived. Requirement of winding speed to yarn winding screw pitch was analyzed. Method to quickly identifying yarn formation technology was put forward on the basis relationship between yarn winding screw pitch and forming change gear. Practical example was used to explain calculation and application process. It is considered that the method is simpler and easier to be run. Matched spinning frame winding forming technology can be quickly calculated and configured in condition of the winder speed change. It is helpful for the solving of winder bobbin unwinding knockover problem caused by improper yarn winding screw pitch. The production efficiency can also be improved.
