摘要
随着社会对声学测试的需求不断提高,声学测量仪器所需要的传声器质量要求严格,频率范围拓宽,产量大幅增加,传统的手工测量或电平记录仪记录方法已不能满足测试要求。在多年前开发的一款传声器自动测试系统的基础上,改进了测试装置,提高了传声器频响测试上限频率,同时增加了多种功能,如传声器校准、开路灵敏度计算、失真测量等。通过测试、该自动测试系统大大提高了传声器的测试效率。
With the social demanding for acoustic testing, the quality of microphone for acoustic measurement requirestrictly, frequency range widener, and increasing of production, manual measurement or level recorder drive recording method cannot meet the test requirements. Based on a microphone automatic test system developedmany years ago , improved the test device and increase the upper frequency of microphone frequency response test, and the variety of functions are increased, such as a microphone calibration, open - sensitivity calculations, and the distortion measurements. Through testing, the automatic test system greatly improves the efficiency of the test microphone.
