茶多酚对幼犬生长性能养分消化率及血浆脂质水平的影响

Influence of Tea Polyphenol on Growth Performance, Nutrients Apparent Digestibility and Plasma Lipids Levels of Puppy

为了研究日粮中添加茶多酚对幼犬生长性能、养分消化率及血浆脂质水平的影响,将16只2~3月龄幼犬,随机分成4个处理组,每个处理组4只,单笼饲养。试验日粮分别在基础日粮中添加0、0.1%、0.3%、0.5%的茶多酚。试验开始后的第7、14、21天以个体为单位进行空腹称重,计算平均增重和饲料消耗。从第8天开始,进行为期5d的消化试验。每周清晨空腹状态下采血,测定血浆总胆固醇（T-CHO）、甘油三酯（TG）、血浆高密度脂蛋白（HDL）和低密度脂蛋白（LDL）含量。试验结果表明,0.3%的茶多酚添加量可改善幼犬生长性能、钙和磷的表观消化率,调解血浆脂质水平。

The present experiment was conducted to determine the influence of tea polyphenol on the growth performance,nutrients apparent digestibility and plasma lipids levels in puppies. A total of 16 puppies at age of 2 to 3 months were randomly divided into 4 groups with 4 replicates. Tea polyphenol supplement levels were 0,0.1%,0.3%,and 0.5%,respectively. The experiment lasted21 days. Puppies that were selected for the study were weighed individually every week to calculate average daily gain（ADG）. Appar-ent feed intake was monitored. A five-day digest experiment was conducted to determine nutrients apparent digestibility. Blood wascollected to analyze plasma total cholesterol（T-CHO）,triglyceride（TG）,high-density lipoprotein（HDL）,and the low-density lipo-protein（LDL）at day 7,14,21. Our results indicated that tea polyphenol supplement of 0.3% could significantly improve growth performance,nutrients apparent digestibility,and plasma lipids levels in puppies.
